Processing time
All orders are processed withinΒ 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping offer
We do not offer free standard shipping on any orders, however we do offer 5% off on orders over $75.00, 10% off on orders over $150.00 and will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Priority Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
* The above information is an estimated delivery times, the delivery time could vary based on the day and time of your order and processing time. We will do everything we can to process your order as quickly as we can. We are human so please understand that every order is hand picked and packaged.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
Local in-store pickup
We offer free local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.
Pickup hours:
- Monday β Friday: 9:00 AM β 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM β 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your order.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be updated within 1 business day.
International shipping
We currently do not ship outside of the United States. If available, international shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may have restrictions on where they can be shipped.
Damaged, lost, or stolen packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect shipping information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
